    The Barn Equine Surgery Loyalty Scheme

    Our Loyalty Scheme is very popular with our clients and is our way of helping you save money on regular veterinary visits. The Scheme rewards you with one free visit for every ten visits attended. Ask your visiting Vet for a card, or collect one from our receptionist. (Please see Terms and Conditions below).

    • The veterinary surgeon who attends needs to sign, date and stamp cards at time of visit. If no loyalty card present, a new card can be given at the time.
    • The owners name must be put on the loyalty card by the attending vet.
    • The loyalty card can be stamped at any paid for visit, out of hours and zone visits included. Yard visits not included.
    • The free visit can be used for any visit, out of hours included.
    • The free visit can only be used once all 10 visits have been paid for. The card will be checked before the free visit is credited to the clients account.
    • The loyalty card must be handed in to claim the free visit.
